Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

You will receive:
• An order confirmation email after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

Olive + Alder Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Olive + Alder Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If needed, you may also reach out to us at hello@oliveandalder.com and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of:
• The item
• The packaging
• The shipping box

We will review and make it right.

Warm Weather Notice

Our products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt in high temperatures.

This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

If your product arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature or place it in a cool environment until it re-solidifies.

Olive + Alder Co. is not responsible for texture changes caused by heat during transit.
